Mr. Marcus brings nearly a decade of experience in education, most recently serving as an Assistant Principal at a nearby PCS. His work has centered on building strong school cultures, supporting teacher development, and using data and equity-driven practices to improve student outcomes. He is deeply committed to creating spaces where all students and staff feel a sense of belonging, are challenged to grow, and are celebrated for who they are. His alignment with the Two Rivers mission and background in EL Education make him a powerful addition to the boat.
