Our Approach 

Two Rivers is a network of EL Education schools, which means teaching and learning are centered around project-based, hands-on work that results in deeper learning outcomes. By situating learning in the context of authentic, complex problems, students come to understand the interdisciplinary nature of our world. They learn content and skills within real-world contexts that drive them to research, read, write, and create for a purpose that matters. We have two elementary and one middle school on two campuses.

Two Rivers offers competitive salary scales for staff members and a comprehensive benefits package that features generous health-care plans, a 403b match for all full-time employees, paid time off, and more.

We offer a tax-deferred 403(b) retirement savings plan with an employer match vesting after three years. Your contributions are immediately vested, and our contributions are vested after 3 years.

Health Insurance 

Two Rivers offers a robust benefits package including medical, dental, various voluntary benefits, and employer-paid benefits such as short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and a membership to Modern Health, an online mental health service. 

Paid Time Off

School year staff earn 72 hours of paid time off during the school year. Twelve- month staff earn 120 hours of paid time off during a 12-month period. PTO hours are advanced when you start with us. In addition to your paid time off, we offer COVID leave, jury duty leave, and bereavement leave.

Two Rivers offers all of its employees comprehensive compensation packages, including a highly competitive retirement match of 9%, medical and dental coverage for all full-time employees, supplemental short-term and long-term disability policies, and internal and external professional development opportunities. Two Rivers aims to offer competitive compensation in an equitable and consistent manner to ensure all employees feel valued and respected.
