Ashley is from the small town of Woodstock, VA. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington, and then moved to South Korea to teach English. Ashley taught English for 3 years and decided to move to London, England to receive her Master’s of Arts in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from London Metropolitan University. After receiving her Master’s degree, she returned to Korea for another 3 years, and eventually moved back to the United States.
Since 2016, Ashley has been living and teaching in the Washington D.C. area. When she is not teaching she likes to visit museums, travel, attend concerts, and make content for Tiktok/ IG with her husband.
