Teruko Garnett resides in Maryland. She grew up in Washington DC. Her family is filled with Educators, which inspired her to enter the field of Education. She received her Undergrad from Shaw University and her Graduate degree from Strayer University. Teruko has been an educator since 1996 and enjoys what she does. She has two older children that she truly adore. Her motivation for continuing to educate children is in knowing and believing that each child is unique in their own special way, and it is not only a pleasure teaching them, but also learning with and from them.
