Samantha, who goes by Sam, is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and has also lived in Alabama, Atlanta, and Indiana, with brief stays in Tennessee, Houston, and Washington, D.C., for internships.
This year marks Sam’s 10th year in education! Her experience spans K–8 general and special education teaching, instructional coaching, curriculum writing, and school administration. She is also an Indy ’17 Teach For America alum and enjoys supporting extracurricular activities for students.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys running, reading, and writing. She is also passionate about getting involved with nonprofit and Christian organizations.
