Rose is originally from Cameroon, West Africa. She earned a BA in Mass Communication from the University of Yaoundé and spent 12 years as a journalist and talk-show host. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Special Education from Howard University and is currently completing post-master’s coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
With 14 years of experience in education, Rose is passionate about empowering students with exceptional needs. As the mother of a young adult with quadriplegic cerebral palsy, she brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to her work. She believes every child can learn and thrive when given the right support, tools, and environment.
Rose is married, a mother of three, and the author of two books. She enjoys traveling, working out, evangelism, investing, and-when it’s time to unwind-binge-watches a good police procedural.
