Rachell was born and raised in Washington, DC. She graduated magna cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University. Currently, she is working on her Master’s degree in Human Services. Rachell has had several years of early childhood education experience and is excited about the years to come with Two Rivers.

She loves to shoe shop, read, and enjoys interior designing.
