Faculty and Staff

Molly France joined Two Rivers as an Instructional Guide in 2018. She has been teaching students, creating curriculum programs, and training educators since 2010. She started teaching in Northeast DC through Teach For America and later, was a founding teacher at Creative Minds International Public Charter school, helping it grow from seven to twenty three classrooms. At CMI, she served as Director of Early Childhood and Academic Data and Interim Director of Inclusion.

Molly earned a BA in Politics from The Catholic University of America and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction for Diverse Young Learners from George Mason University. Most recently, she was an Emerging Leaders Fellow through New Leaders for New Schools.

Molly is originally from New Orleans, LA, lives with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog in Southeast DC, and is thrilled to contribute to the diverse learning community at Two Rivers.
