Faculty and Staff

Michelle is a native Minnesotan who graduated with a degree in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead. Following graduation, she joined the U.S. Peace Corps where she served in Zambia alongside the Ministry of Education to train teachers and monitor and evaluate schools. Michelle also served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Liberia, where she worked with the World Food Program to monitor school feeding programs and food distribution in refugee camps.

While in the U.S., Michelle has worked in non-profit administration at the English Learning Center in Minneapolis and as an Executive Assistant at JCC Association in New York City. She has also worked with World Vision, where she traveled throughout the U.S.

Michelle enjoys traveling with her husband, running, and enjoying festivals. She is excited to bring her passion for education to Two Rivers.
