(She/Her) Liora was born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland and received her Masters in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University through the Urban Teachers program. She started in education as a teaching artist at Adventure Theatre MTC’s musical theater camp. She then moved into special education, but still enjoys incorporating the arts into her teaching ventures. When she’s not teaching, Liora enjoys gardening and playing with her cats Mint and Basil.
