Kenya Waugh is an edgy Washingtonian hailing straight from the 4th Ward of D.C.! This Hamptonian powerhouse maintained a 3.0+ GPA throughout her undergraduate career while studying Communications with a minor in English Arts. In 2026, Kenya was selected for the Steinhardt Residency, a virtual master’s program in Teaching at New York University.
When she’s not pursuing her passions in education and communications, Kenya enjoys karaoke, cooking with friends, hosting events, traveling, and writing.
