Jessie was born in Baltimore, Maryland. She attended Wake Forest University, where she earned her degree in elementary education with a minor in psychology. This will be Jessie’s first year at Two Rivers, but has 3 years of teaching experience in DC and one year in Baltimore. When Jessie is not teaching she loves to explore museums around DC, cook, practice her film photography skills and pottery! Jessie is very excited to be joining the Two Rivers community and can’t wait to work with her second grade students and team!
