Jada Phillips is a New York City native who found her footing in D.C’s childcare industry. She received her Bachelors Degree in Journalism and Communications from Cheyney University. She started out as a camp counselor in 2013 before finding her true purpose in the field today. She is a natural leader and team player as she’s served as a site director for various aftercare programs before joining special education. Jada enjoys writing and content creation in her free time.
