Francine was born and raised in the Southeast area of Washington, DC. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Coppin State University in Baltimore, Maryland in 2010. Francine recently received her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland. Francine was led to Two Rivers via an aftercare program and she has a passion for enriching the lives of children. When Francine is not working, she is studying diligently for licensure. She also enjoys reading, cooking and crafting.
