(He/Him) Corey D. Carroll II, M.Ed., is a dedicated educator and leader with a robust background in social-emotional learning, youth advocacy, and cultural development. Holding a Master of Education in Education Policy & Educational Leadership from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grambling State University, Corey has made significant contributions to the world of education with the mantra, “changing lives and transforming schools.” In his previous roles, Corey spearheaded initiatives that greatly improved school culture and academic achievement. He is also the founder and executive director of Carroll Cares Education & Research Group, Inc., where he successfully leads community-focused projects focusing on holistic well-being. A fun fact about Corey is his passion for books, yoga, and wellness, which he integrates into his life by hosting book clubs and leading meditations in his area.
