Ashley Geohaghan

EL Teacher | 4th Street ES

Ashley Taree (Ashley) is from the small town of Woodstock, VA. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington, and then moved to South Korea to teach English. After teaching for a few years, Ashley took a break to obtain her Master’s of Arts in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from London Metropolitan University, in London England. Once she received her Master’s degree, she returned to Korea, and eventually moved back to the United States.

Since 2016, Ashley has been living and teaching in the Washington D.C. area. She has gained invaluable experience from her work as an ELL teacher, and truly enjoys working with her students and their families.

When Ashley is not teaching, she likes to visit museums, read books, and travel. Fun fact: Ashley is currently learning how to skateboard.
