Dear Two Rivers Community,
We hope you are staying safe in this uncertain and challenging time. Our thoughts are with all of you.
We are writing to share an update on the Executive Director search. For the past few months, the search committee has been active in conducting outreach and screening potential candidates, with the support of our search firm, Diversified Search. Diversified Search has conducted outreach to over 200 individuals, screened promising candidates, and narrowed the field to a set of semi-finalists. From there, the search committee identified our finalists for the Executive Director position. We are excited to introduce the finalists to the Two Rivers community soon and hear your feedback.
Despite COVID-19, we are moving forward as planned with our search. We will be in touch to schedule remote (video) interviews with the finalists in April with key stakeholders, including teachers, staff, families, students, and supporters.
