Rachell Richardson has many years of early childhood education experience and is excited about the years to come with Two Rivers. She was born and raised in Washington, DC, and she graduated magna cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University. Rachell loves to spend her free time online shopping, reading, and spending time with her family.
