Ty is an educator from Charlotte, NC with over 10 years of experience. Initially working as a program coordinator, she taught elementary aged students about social emotional learning and general education. Afterward, she transitioned to teaching grades 3 to 5. She holds a degree in Social Work from UNCG and a K to 6 education certification from UNCC, Ty brings creativity and heart to every lesson. Outside the classroom, she enjoys fitness, reading, and exploring new workout routines.
