(She/Her) Kristal is a long time special education teacher, retired from Prince George’s County Public Schools, who is now managing the special education eligibility process and paperwork for Two Rivers. She cares deeply about nurturing healthy families and supporting children with special needs. She and her spouse live in SE Capital Hill.
