Erin grew a deep love for family while she volunteered as her families Youth Sunday School teacher. Planning lessons, fields trips around the church building, and finding creative ways to combine biblical learning into each step developed her imagination. She used those evolved talents and skills to eventually become the Lead Food and Beverage Trainer at Gaylord National Hotel. After spending over 12 years with the company Erin chose to reinvent herself and push for a career following her true love of family and education. She is proud to be a part of the Two Rivers village and finally return to an atmosphere her own childhood benefited from. As a little known fact, Erin is an accomplished cook in her family. She has held the “Best Chef” award for the past 5 years, and does not plan on giving it up.
