Claudia Cedillo

Lead Teacher | Young

Claudia (she/her) was born in Honduras and raised in Germantown, Maryland. She went to Montgomery County Schools and graduated with a Bachelors in English Literature and Women’s Studies from Maryland University. Claudia was introduced to the field of Education at the Happy Hands Learning Center in Bethesda and found her vocation teaching students her native language and culture. Claudia went on to teach at MCPS schools for the next 5 years. She taught Spanish as a World Language and was part of the Spanish Immersion Program at the elementary level. Two fun facts about Claudia is that she had a pet parrot growing up and that she is skilled at calligraphy. Claudia enjoys spending time with family and friends, bullet journaling, cooking & baking, working out and trying out new restaurants. Claudia is excited to join her Two Rivers family and looks forward to collaborating to create an engaging and nurturing learning environment for our students.
