Faculty and Staff

Chantel is a DC native, but spent her teenage years and some of her adult life in Georgia! Her grandmother taught in DC for 38 years which played a huge role in her love for being in the classroom. Chantel holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Sign Language Interpreting and a Masters degree in both Early Childhood Education and Special Education. When she’s not teaching she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the movies, and trying new restaurants.
