We continue to move forward with the Executive Director Search process and are pleased to share the Position Description, which will be used to generate interest among prospective candidates. The Position Description provides a comprehensive description of Two Rivers and captures what makes our School, and the opportunity to lead it, special. It outlines the desired qualities for our next Executive Director and is an important recruiting tool. It will also serve as a guidepost as we consider candidates.
The Position Description was based in large part on the important feedback we received from so many of you in the online survey, as well as input provided by faculty, students, parents, staff, and trustees in a variety of focus group sessions and interviews.
