Events
At Two Rivers, we come together throughout the year as a community to celebrate, connect with one another, and share our learning!
Fantastic Voyage
After two decades of our annual Framing the Future Gala, we’ve flipped the script! Inspired by Lakeside’s 1980 R&B classic Fantastic Voyage, our spring arts fundraiser is setting sail in a bold new direction—every spring to come. From March through May of each year, community creatives will host exciting “voyages” (aka parties) to celebrate and support the arts. Come aboard and help us grow students’ love for the arts at Two Rivers!
Share the Love Week
At Two Rivers, we celebrate Share the Love Week instead of Valentine’s Day. This is a special annual tradition in which students, staff, and families fill each others’ “buckets” all week long through practicing the habit of caring and kindness. It’s a great time to acknowledge the value each member brings to our community.
Fall Festival
Fall Festival is our annual celebration of our learning community and the changing of the leaves with music, art, crafts, face painting, stories, snacks, and outside for outdoor games and fun.
Middle School Musical
“The musical was an integral part of my son’s middle school experience at Two Rivers. Each musical was engaging, motivating, and challenging, deepening his love of acting, singing, dancing, and stage direction.”
-Ms. Kara, Middle School Parent
Every spring, middle school students participate in our school musical, acting and singing as well as serving as stage crew. This collaborative project provides students the unique opportunity to work in a professional theatre and to use the tools and skills that they have been learning all year in their performing arts electives.
