President: Hajah Barnes
Hajah has taken pleasure in being a part of the Two Rivers community for the last five years, graciously serving as MS FSA President in the 2023-2024 school year. Her eldest son, who graduated from 4ES, is now a 8th grader at MS. She also has a 1st grader and a (brand new to Two Rivers) Pk3 student.
Hajah loves being present and spending quality time with her husband and three children, engaging in activities that continue to strengthen their family bond and connection with one another. She enjoys singing, teaching, practicing yoga, mindfulness/meditation and exploring new holistic healing modalities.
Hajah is a native Washingtonian who received her BS in Business Administration & Accounting from UMUC and various certifications from The Institute for Brain Potential.
Some areas she is well studied in include emotional intelligence, quantum physics, bioenergetics, psychoneuroimmunology, psychology, epigenetics, energy science, laws of the universe, somatic practices, consciousness and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Hajah loves to serve her community (and all those that could benefit from her offerings), through her health and wellness company, Life Curve. Life Curve offers tools to help individuals identify triggers and begin to heal/overcome past traumas through the cultivation of emotional intelligence, therefore gaining the experience of a better quality of life. She has found purpose in guiding individuals on their journey of self-discovery.
Secretary: Rose Boado
Rose Boado Walton has a been an active member of the Two Rivers community since 2015, when her daughter, Lilian started PK4 at Young. Lilian is now in 8th grade at the middle school. Rose and her husband, Ian also have two sons, River and Lincoln, who attend Young in grades four and five, respectively. Rose has worked as a social worker for Fairfax County Public Schools for the last 12 years and has a background in child welfare. Rose is a self-proclaimed Foodie and loves trying new restaurants, as well as spending time with her family and friends, and traveling in her free time.
