Faculty and Staff

Rachel (she/her) was born on the Big Island of Hawaii and grew up in Los Angeles California. She moved to DC in 2019 after graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara. She started my professional career working in the US Senate before deciding to pursue my Masters of Education through the Urban Teachers program. When Rachel has free time she tries to spend it with friends getting outside by hiking or paddle boarding on the Potomac. She used to be a part of an arts program that put on shows in Downtown LA and still paint whenever she can. Rachel is so happy to be a part of the Two Rivers family and can’t wait for the upcoming school year!
