Ben Ernst is originally from western Massachusetts, where he received a bachelor’s degree in elementary and special education from Springfield College. Previously, Ben worked as an elementary reading interventionist at a public charter school in Memphis, Tennessee. Ben moved to the DMV in 2021. When he is not teaching, he spends his time coaching swimming, enjoying the outdoors, and hanging out with friends and family.
