Ajulu Oluka, commonly known as Ms. O, is no stranger to the Two Rivers community. She worked as a one-on-one student support teacher for the past three years at the 4th Street campus. Born in Washington D.C., Ms. O earned a bachelor’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College and a master’s degree with a specialization in Psychology from Walden University. With a passion for working with children with special needs, she studied behavior therapy and became certified in special education. She has taught middle and high school English in Prince George’s County for six years and has worked with the Department of Parks and Recreation during the summer in their therapeutic department.
When Ms. O is not teaching, she enjoys vegetarian cooking, reading, writing, Tibetan Cranial, and sculpting busts out of clay.
Ms. O looks forward to continuing her love of teaching at Two Rivers!
