Adijat Agbo-Ola
Adijat Agbo-Ola, jokingly refers to herself as a native Washingtonian even though she only spent the first few weeks of her childhood here. She takes pride in her identity as a Nigerian who lives in America. She is her father’s dream actualized and her mother’s dream fulfilled as she followed through with their educational legacy. She attended the magnificent Virginia State University to earn her Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies/Elementary Education and the marvelous Howard University for her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Ms. Agbo-Ola has worked as a classroom teacher in Washington DC since 2014.
She spends a lot of her time outside of work, guiding her dynamic son Sire, pouring into her amazing bonus daughter, Journee, collaborating on parenting and creating new business endeavors with her partner.
During her personal time Adijat enjoys mapping her travel to the last 20 states she’s yet to visit along with her final two continents which are Antarctica and Australia. She also enjoys creating elaborate “social experiences” with her sorority sisters, family and friends. She loves to explore and discover new ways to have fun.
Adijat is looking forward to serving and being a part of the wonderful crew at Two Rivers.
